About this event

WSET wine courses are now available in Harrogate, led by wine educator Sophia Luckett. Whether you're a wine enthusiast wanting to make better choices in restaurants and shops, or a hospitality professional looking to build confidence in recommending wines and understanding food pairings, these internationally recognised qualifications offer a structured and enjoyable way to learn. The courses take place at Ake & Humphris on Oxford Street and cover core grape varieties, wine regions, labelling, winemaking practices, and food and wine pairing. Level 1 is a one-day course featuring 10 wines, ideal for beginners. Level 2 is a three-day course with over 35 wines tasted, suitable for those seeking a deeper understanding. All courses are Ofqual regulated and taught by Sophia Luckett, who brings passion and real-world experience from her family vineyard in Canada and her Yorkshire-based wine education business, The Drink Talking.
