The Big 25: Learn the flavour profiles and backstories of the 25 iconic cheeses on the Level 1 syllabus. The Tasting: We will personally guide you through a tasting of 12 classic cheeses. The Perfect Board: Learn the secrets to selecting and presenting a professional-standard cheese board. The "Wine School" Perk: We couldn't let a day go by without a glass or two! To demonstrate the principles of pairing, we’ll taste 6 specially selected wines alongside our cheeses. After the classroom session, you’ll have everything you need to sit the Academy of Cheese Level 1 Associate Exam. You can take this online at home whenever you feel ready. Pass the test, and you’ll receive your official certificate and pin badge—giving you the well-earned right to call yourself a cheese expert.
