Discover Fenjiu, China's iconic baijiu, in an expert-led tasting exploring its heritage and unique flavours.

Experience the heritage and craftsmanship of Fenjiu, one of China's oldest and most prestigious baijiu distilleries. With a history spanning more than 6,000 years, Fenjiu is renowned for pioneering the elegant styles that has become one of the country's most celebrated spirit traditions.
The evening begins with a welcome Fenjiu cocktail, followed by a guided tasting of four distinctive expressions:
- Fenjiu Fen Chiew Brown Baijiu
- Fenjiu Qinghua 20-Year Baijiu
- Fenjiu Silk Road Rose Baijiu
- Fenjiu Zhuyeqing Bamboo Baijiu
Led by a Fenjiu ambassador, you'll explore the history, production methods and flavour profiles of each expression, gaining a deeper appreciation for one of the world's oldest distilled spirits.
