Celebrate the flavours of Piedmont with an indulgent seasonal lunch featuring Barolo, Nebbiolo and truffles. Join us for a special lunch in the charming garden rooms at Petersham Nurseries, celebrating two of Piedmont’s greatest treasures: Barolo and truffles. Known as the king of Piedmontese wines, Barolo is produced entirely from the Nebbiolo grape and is admired for its power, complexity and remarkable ability to age. Its fragrant, earthy character makes it a natural companion to the region’s celebrated white truffles, also known as Alba truffles. This lunch offers the perfect opportunity to celebrate the truffle season and immerse yourself in the food and wine culture of Piedmont. Guests will be guided through an exquisite selection of wines from the renowned Parusso estate, including three single-vineyard Barolos and Nebbiolo Parusso, alongside Langhe Bianco Rovella. Each wine will be paired with a seasonal menu created by the Petersham Nurseries chefs to complement its individual character and honour the exceptional flavours of Il Tartufo d’Alba.
