The Hampshire Wine School brings you a chocolate and wine tasting in their cosy venue in Southampton. They've paired a selection of luxury chocolate with dessert wines, red wines and fizz. During the tasting you'll get the chance to find the perfect wine match for white, milk and dark chocolate. You'll learn about the impact of bitterness (cocoa beans), sweetness (sugar), protein (milk), fat (butter cream) and other ingredients like caramel, fruits and salt on wine. The session includes tips and tricks for matching chocolate with wine as you taste them together.
