Join Michael Caines at Lympstone Manor for a luxurious five-course tasting menu on Wednesday 9th December 2026, celebrating the festive season in style. The evening begins at 6.30pm with a flute of Champagne and canapés, followed by a personally hosted dinner where Michael introduces each course and shares the stories behind the dishes. Guests will also enjoy a Q&A with Michael, gaining culinary insights and festive inspiration. Steve Edwards, the estate's wine expert, will present a curated flight of paired wines selected from Lympstone Manor’s 600-bin cellar. The evening concludes with coffee and petits fours. This is a wine-focused dining experience where the wines are an integral part of the event, presented and discussed throughout the meal.
