About this event
Discover the precision, depth, and rare character that makes single-vineyard bottlings some of the most sought-after wines in the world. Tonight we're proving that wine isn't just about the grape variety — it's about the exact piece of earth it grew on. We're pouring wines from single vineyards around the world, some from vines old enough to have seen wars, droughts and decades of history, all telling a completely different story despite starting from similar roots. This is wine at its most honest: no blending, no shortcuts, just one specific spot on the planet doing its thing. Come taste the difference that a hillside, a handful of metres, or a few decades of vine age can make. What to expect: A guided tasting through single vineyard wines from around the world, the stories behind the sites, the soils, and the old vines that made them, proper depth, zero pretension. This one's for anyone who's ever wondered why two wines from the same grape can taste worlds apart.
