Join us for a special evening hosted by Ernst Loosen of Dr. Loosen in our private dining room. Using produce from our market garden at Daylesford and surrounding countryside, Executive Chef Callum Graham has created a four-course menu that celebrates the season. Each dish will be paired with Mosel Rieslings from the Dr. Loosen cellars, carefully selected to complement the ingredients on the plate. Throughout the evening, our Sommelier Yordan Rusev will be joined by Ernst Loosen to introduce the wines and discuss the unique slate-rich terroirs and traditional methods behind Mosel winemaking. Together, they will offer insight into one of Germany’s most celebrated wine estates. An evening of seasonal cooking, carefully chosen wines and good conversation around the table.
