Fairy Lights and Fizz at The Grange – Hearing Dogs for Deaf People

Start thinking about Christmas with an evening tasting different sparkling wines while supporting a great cause. This guided tasting explores the world of English sparkling wine, comparing production methods including Pét-Nat, Col Fondo, Traditional Method, Charmat and carbonated styles. Learn how each method influences the bubbles, flavour and character of the wine. Nibbles are included, with an optional cheese board available. Bottles can be purchased or ordered on the night for Christmas. Hosted by Holly Morgan of The Tasting Table, winemaker at Daws Hill Vineyard, the event offers a relaxed and accessible look at English sparkling wines.
