About this event

A hands-on floristry session paired with three wines tasted throughout the evening, introduced by our Head Sommelier. An evening for the curious – join us for a hands-on floristry session paired with a wine tasting, threaded through the evening rather than rushed at the start. You’ll begin with a welcome glass and nibbles, before our co-founder and florist Dee introduces you to the season’s most beautiful blooms and the professional spiral stem technique. Three wines will be tasted throughout the evening, introduced by our Head Sommelier, as you work through creating your bouquet. Learn how to create rich, textured arrangements using sustainably sourced British and European flowers, all paired with wines chosen to match the mood of the season. You’ll leave with a gorgeous hand-tied bouquet, professional floristry techniques, care tips, and knowledge of three wines introduced by the sommelier. No experience necessary.
