About this event
Join Hanwell Wine for their annual grape harvest, usually taking place in September and October. Volunteers are welcome to help pick grapes and experience vineyard life firsthand. The event involves a full day outdoors with a briefing at 9:30 or 10:30am, followed by harvesting until the target is reached, typically finishing between 3:00 and 5:00pm. Snacks, drinks, and a complimentary sandwich lunch are provided. All volunteers over 18 receive a bottle of Hanwell Wine as a thank you. Children are welcome if supervised and able to use scissors safely. You must sign up via their email list to be notified of confirmed dates, as these depend on ripeness and weather conditions.
