A one-night-only Colombian-inspired plant-based tasting menu. For Dinner No. 15, L E B A welcomes Colombian-born, Brixton-raised chef Angelo Gonzalez for a one-night-only plant-based tasting menu inspired by his heritage. The menu includes canapés, sancocho, textures of corn, bandeja paisa, 'bistec' aubergine, salpicón de fruta granizado, lulo panna cotta, and petit fours. Wine pairing available as an add-on. Everything is plant-based.
