An evening at sova tasting seven wines from the Balkans and beyond, with specialist importer and international wine judge Dilyan Kolev. Dilyan will guide us through the wines, with time to chat and ask questions over cheese, meat and bread. For curious drinkers looking beyond their usual bottle. Get to know lesser-known grapes and find a few new favourites. 13 October · 6–8pm. £40 per person, including seven tasting pours and small bites.
