About this event
We’re kicking off the new season with a September tasting all about tannins and oak interaction with wine. We’ll explore how tannins show up across different wine styles (not just reds!) and recommend some food-pairing tricks that will help transform those firm, grippy tannins in a Nebbiolo or Tannat into something silky-smooth — like sipping velvet! We’ll also delve into the world of barrel ageing and the taming of the tannins by this process. Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
