If you’ve ever wanted to truly understand what makes German wine so compelling—this is your opportunity. The German Wine Scholar certification is designed for serious enthusiasts and industry professionals. Over 7 weekly live online classes, you’ll explore Germany’s key wine regions in detail—from the Mosel and Rheingau to Baden and Pfalz—while mastering complex classification systems, labelling terms, and quality hierarchies. The course includes guided tastings with UK-delivered wine kits, study materials, tutor support, and access to Wine Scholar Guild e-learning modules. The final exam is taken in person at West London Wine School in Fulham. This programme offers a rigorous, interactive approach to German wine education, ideal for those who have completed WSET Level 3 or 4, or who have a strong interest in German wine.
