'Paired' Wine Dinner with Stephanie Toole & Jeffrey Grosset

Paired is a curated series of winemaker-led suppers with Australia’s most celebrated producers. This event showcases Clare Valley excellence through two iconic producers: Grosset and Mount Horrocks. Grosset, founded by Jeffrey Grosset, is internationally recognised for its uncompromising focus on purity, balance and site expression, pioneering single-vineyard Riesling in Australia. Mount Horrocks, led by Stephanie Toole, is known for hands-on, site-driven wines that reflect vineyard and vintage. The evening includes a seasonal tasting menu paired with their wines. Sample menu: Dorset crab doughnuts, clayfired bread, wild seabass crudo, heritage tomato, charred lamb rump, Hereford T-bone, and pavlova. Paired is a monthly wine supper club celebrating Australian wine producers, seasonal dining, and immersive storytelling. Hosted at Audrey Green, an elegant space within the National Portrait Gallery.
