Saturday: Hidden Gems of Italy

With its myriad of regional specialities and indigenous grape varieties, Italy can be at once fascinating, daunting and confusing to the wine drinker. Over the course of 5 hours we'll uncover some of Italy's more esoteric varieties, regions and styles. Your Saturday Tasting: -11 am - 4 pm - minimum of 12 wines tasted incl Sparkling Wine - 6 white wines before lunch, 6 red wines after lunch - 2-course lunch - fun and friendly atmosphere - cover all the basics of both winemaking theory and wine tasting practical - our most popular tasting to give as a gift.
