A delicious journey pairing Grower Champagne, French farmhouse cheeses and Babelle’s famous canelés — three French favourites brought together in three surprising and delicious pairings that are sure to amaze you. The event features Babelle’s canelés, the much-loved French pastry from Bordeaux, which have been made in London for over 15 years and are now sold in over 200 shops. Maud Fierobe of Champagne + Fromage tasted them for the first time 10 years ago and immediately added them to the menu — marking the start of a lasting collaboration. Come celebrate this anniversary, discover wonderful flavour combinations, and get festive inspiration ahead of Christmas.
