Cyprus is one of the few wine regions in the world never touched by phylloxera, and a new generation of producers is putting that heritage to work. Its high-altitude mountain vineyards, centuries of winemaking history and rare native varieties are now producing some of the most distinctive wines in the Mediterranean. Moderated by Demetri Walters MW, the WINECORE Masterclass on 3rd November will take place at the Institute of Masters of Wine at 11am. Places are limited; registration is essential.
