About this event

Join us for an evening tasting some of the rarest vinous treasures on the planet. For one night only, we'll delve into the depths of our cellar to uncork an extraordinary line-up of elusive bottles, each served at the peak of its maturity.

For our apéritif, we’ll begin with one of the modern masters of grower Champagne, Cédric Bouchard, whose deep, vinous wines are produced in tiny quantities of just 15,000 bottles a year. Next comes the richly textured Sancerre of Edmond & Anne Vatan, made from a single one-hectare parcel in Chavignol's famed Monts Damnés vineyard.

Two legendary Burgundies follow: Arnaud Ente's exquisitely complex Puligny-Montrachet and the historic Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru from a domaine whose roots stretch back to the 14th century. With the main course, we'll pour Roagna's coveted Crichët Pajé, crafted from old-vine Nebbiolo in the Pajé vineyard. Alongside it, Henschke's Hill of Grace Shiraz, produced from a coveted plot of ancestor vines, some dating back to the 1860s. To finish, a cheese course will be paired with the rich, nutty Vin Jaune of Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot, a benchmark wine of the Jura that is fiercely sought after by collectors around the world.

For the occasion, Executive Chef Stewart Turner will create a spectacular four-course menu befitting of this truly once-in-a-lifetime line-up.
