Truffle Wine Dinner

Presented in collaboration with A. Romani Truffles and Jeroboams, this exceptional evening brings together seasonal Italian truffles, imaginative cuisine and a carefully selected collection of Italian wines. Founded by Alfredo and Roberta Romani in 2004, A. Romani Truffles has supplied the UK hospitality industry for over 20 years. Through its own truffle farm and trusted network of producers and hunters, the company sources exceptional truffles and works closely with chefs to create memorable dining experiences. Discover the character of truffles throughout a specially curated menu, from the earthy nutty notes of autumn black truffles to white truffles at the peak of their season, renowned for their intense fragrance and delicate flavour. The black truffles will most likely come from Marche or Abruzzo, while the white truffles will be sourced from Marche or Umbria. At the heart of the dinner is fillet of beef Rossini with truffle-butter pommes purée, glazed baby carrots, a faux truffle filled with celeriac purée and a rich black truffle jus. Ferrione Barbera d’Alba from Piedmont and Chianti Classico Riserva from Tuscany will be served alongside. With Italian wines selected by Jeroboams, the evening showcases the charm of truffles through a harmonious marriage of fine food and wine.
