About this event

WSET’s Level 2 Award in Wines is a beginner- to intermediate-level qualification exploring wines, suitable for industry professionals and wine enthusiasts. You will learn about the characteristics of principal grape varieties, regions, styles of wines produced and the factors that affect wine style and quality. The WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting is used when tasting the wines and you will learn how to describe and assess wines with confidence. During the qualification, you will have access to: WSET Level 2 Award in Wines Study Pack, 40 different wines to sample together on the days of the course, Dedicated WSET Certified Educator to provide the course on the days with a tasting of 40 wines (using the WSET Systematic Approach to Tasting), an interactive wine & food pairing demonstration and feedback. Upon passing the exam, candidates will receive the WSET Level 2 Award in Wines certificate and lapel pin.
