Port of Leith Distillery produces Tawny and White Port wines, crafted from grapes grown in the Douro Valley, offering vibrant flavors and a rich history tied to Edinburgh’s whisky trade.

Established in 2010, Poulton Hill Estate cultivates 8,800 vines on south-facing slopes, producing up to 20,000 bottles of wine annually. Known for award-winning wines including Bulari sparkling, and committed to sustainable practices using sheep for natural vineyard management.

We’re here to spotlight the incredible low-intervention wines being made across the UK, and the producers and farming practices behind them. We want to make natural wine more approachable, offering a welcoming space for people to learn, taste and ask questions.
