Attendees and check-in

View the attendee list for an event, search, and check people in on the night.

Each event has its own attendee list. This is where you see who has a ticket, search for someone who swears they bought one, and check people in on the night.

Opening the list

Head to Events in the sidebar, find the event, and click Tickets in its row. You land on a table of every ticket that has been issued for that event.

What the table shows

  • Code. The unique ticket code (also embedded in the ticket PDF's QR).
  • Attendee. The name the buyer gave at checkout.
  • Email. Where the ticket PDF was sent.
  • Status. Valid (unused), Used (already checked in), or Cancelled.
  • Checked In. Timestamp, if they have arrived.
  • Actions. A Check In button on any valid ticket.

Checking people in

Type their name, email, or ticket code into the search box at the top. The list filters live. When you find the right row, hit Check In, confirm the prompt, and the status flips to Used with a timestamp.

Tip

On the door, open the attendee list on a tablet or phone. Search by first name as guests walk up - it is faster than scrolling.

If someone has their ticket code

Paste their code into the search and their row appears. Tapping Check In has the same effect as if you had scanned the QR on their PDF - both resolve to the same ticket code.

Double check-ins

If a ticket has already been checked in, its status shows as Used and the Check In button disappears. If the same person shows up twice (rare but it happens), you can see the original check-in timestamp and handle it at the door.
